IOA-PAG Oxygen and Ozone Safety Training

The content provided for this training session include the following:

  • Oxygen and Ozone Safety Video (45 minutes)
  • Self Study Website Links (15 minutes required)
  • Quiz (Password Components Included within Training Presentation - Four Words Total Dispersed Throughout Training)

Upon completion of the video and self study and successfully passing the exam, the IOA-EOC will email a certificate of completion.  This certificate does not guarantee compliance with PDH or CEU requirements for the various certifying state agencies and it is therefore the responsibility of the viewer to verify compliance.

Quiz

The quiz includes 10 questions to verify trainees completion and comprehension of the training materials.  A score of 80% is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.  The certificate does not guarantee compliance with PDH or CEU requirements for the various certifying state agencies and it is therefore the responsibility of the viewer to verify compliance.  The first question on the quiz is to enter the password provided within the safety training presentation to verify completion of the video portion of the training.  If this answer is not completed or is incorrect, a certificate will not be provided.  The password includes four words total.
