In order to receive the discount, please complete the regular registration process for your first 3 attendees and send their names to conference@ioa-pag.org. Once registration has been confirmed, you will receive a coupon code to sign up your complimentary (4th) registration using Registration Category (N). Cancellations: Registration cancellations for the 2026 IOA-PAG Conference must be sent to conference@ioa-pag.org no later than Monday, August 3rd, for a full refund. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations received after August 3rd. Presenter ResourcesPresenters will all have the opportunity to include their presentations in the 2026 IOA-PAG Conference Proceedings, published after the conference concludes. A Speaker Agreement form will be sent via email with further information, and can also be found below. The Workshop and Technical Tour are not included, and can be added on to your registration under "Aditional Conference Options". Please note, there is a max of 2 Exhibitor Reps per booth. Cancellations: Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing to the IOA-PAG at conference@ioa-pag.org. Cancellations received on or before July 31st will receive a 50% refund.
